At the Time the name of the outfitter was George River outfitters But the same Family still own this This Outfitter. They have changed there name Numerous times since we have hunted with them, This should be a RED FLAG. Upon arrival at schefferville we found out that we would be sharing our camp with 2 extra Bird hunters with there dogs. This made the plane overwieght and we had to return to scherville. After LEAVING Behind everything we didn't need for a One day hunt (Food all our clothes)we took off for our camp (high Cliff Camp). The Outfitter Promised to send our equipment to us on a plane right behind us (Ha Ha). The Plane never showed up with our equipment for 3 days and we where in the bush without food for that time. We shot a Caribou and burn a tag just so we would have food to live on. The Bird hunters shot some Tarrmagine to eat also. High Cliff camp was a fishing camp and the caribou we were promised to see did not exist. We complained to Jean Paquet the owner of the outfitter to move us and the other problems we where having and he would not do a thing. While we where in camp we had a great camp manager that helped smooth over the tough spots. Thank you Claude. I would not recommend this outfitter to anyone you will be puting your LIFE in his Hands.
