Jim definitely knows these animals and how they will move and react. He has a good area of leases. We had nearly a foot of snow on our arrival which made archery hunting impossible. It was post-rut and there was snow and water everywhere. The hunt was a lot more difficult than we expected due to the weather. The accomodations were as expected - warm, dry, and clean - nothing fancy - I like it that way. We had a very comfortable stay.
