Mid October Whitetail hunt at PA-KO Plantation, Midway, Alabama. Owners/outfitters, J. Paul and Rita Taylor are both bowhunters and are very client oriented. The facilities, amenities, and food are superb. Outfitters and guides know property (5,000+ acres) well and maintain a great whitetail management plan. Hunting areas and stand sites are very thoughtfully prepared. I used their stands as well as my climber. Our party saw lots of animals. I did not take an animal because I spent the entire trip hunting a big buck I saw the first day. The overall trip was a great experience, and I fully intend to return next year. NOTE: PA_KO also offers quail and turkey hunts.
