Dan and his guys did an excellent job with the horses and getting us into camp. The camp was very nice and had everything you could possibly need. We provided our own food, but everything else was there for our use. It was in the 80's when we were there. The elk were not talking at all, except for a couple bugles on the last day. We saw 8 elk between the 4 of us on this hunt, with one missed shot. However, sign was plentiful and the animals we did see were all bulls. I have no doubt that with better weather and the elk talking more we would have had better success. We had a great time and I have no complaints about Dan's operation. It was dissappointing to not see more elk, but that is part of hunting. Thanks for the hunt Dan, we enjoyed our time there.

Very warm and dry. Wish we would have gone a week later, I think it snowed the day after we left.
