These days so much of the success of a hunt is directed towards the taking of a game animal. While we (my son and I) did not harvest an elk, we saw a good number of possibles but were unable to close the deal. That being stated, in all the years that I have hunted, I have not seen any other group of guides work so hard for the four days. In summary, we appreciated their work ethic, their knowledge of the land, accommodations, and placing us within multiple opportunities...we just needed to connect.
