Chris runs a great camp. This was my second time hunting with him. I was up there in 2019, but couldn't close the deal. Had one good bear come in briefly that year, but didn't offer a shot. I got a shot at a good bear later in the week but only grazed it. This year was expected to be good since Covid kept US hunters out of Canada in 2020. Chris was posting many pics of good bear during the daytime. I was in the stand at 12:45 on opening day. This bear came in at 2:05 but didn't offer a shot and went back into the woods. Came back 10 minutes later, but again no shot and it went back into the woods. Came back a third time in another 10 minutes. Offered a good quartering away shot, and I was able to cross bear off the bucket list. Chris has a high success rate and works hard to get you your bear. I highly recommend this outfitter.
