An excellent first bear hunt for my son and I. The semi-guided hunt let us participate in mixing up the bait, help other hunters retrieve their bears, and feel like we were on our own with the luxury of having sites pre baited and nice clean cabins to stay in. Chris and Joe were on the spot putting us on bears all week. Both of us were successful and will be back!! The other hunters were great people and hunted extremely hard. In fact, 12 out of 14 hunters took bears with two of them being around 500lbs! I can't say enough how hard Chris and Joe worked to make this a trip of a life time. Thanks again fellas!! Good times!

Talking to others in camp that had been there the same week before and the guides, we had normal conditions. Cool nights around 48-50 degrees with daytime highs 74-80 degrees.
