This was my 3rd hunt with Tad. I have already booked 2019 and 2020. Tad and his group are amazing! They care about the deer management and the hunters success. It’s not always about the kill. I had the opportunity this year and passed on deer in the 150+ class. I would like to share a personal interaction with Tad Ladd and Michael Leachman, about 10 days ago I reached out to both of these guys. I came in contact with a young man that loves to hunt and watch hunting shows. Unfortunately, he has a fairly significant disability limiting his time in the outdoors. They both responded with jackets, hats and shirts. This young man was beside himself when I met up with him to give the items. Tad runs a first class operation with the most talented guides and cook (Tina). If you are looking for an awesome outfitter. LOOK NO FUTHER! Thanks Tad, can’t wait to get back
