I tried to submit this report as soon as the hunt was over but never saw it show up so if it shows up twice sorry. I hunted with Dan a couple of times now and feel the need to let everyone know they are good honest people. Nancy has the camp really nice and the food is great, with awsome sleeping arrangements. As far as the hunting goes there are giants living in this part of the country and Dan has some awsome land with great stand set ups in place weather in a lock on or a blind the stands are super cumfy and safe making it easy to sit daylight to dark. The weather on our first day was really hot 71 or so and the next day the wind was blowing bad even for this area really high gusts but while the movement was a little slow all four guys in camp were still seeing deer the weather changed for the better and got got cold the third morning of the hunt I saw 24 deer before 9:00 and ended up harvesting a really solid KY buck the last morning of the hunt my deer scored 131 & 5/8 thats with a broke off brow tine and g2 both on left side so he is missing maybe 8 or 10 inches but im cool with it no matter what a mature deer. that week another guy in camp from NC killed and the day after I left another guy killed a real giant. Its nice dealing with the outfitter that you write the check to not some guy they have hired to drive you to a stand. Dan and Nancy thanks again for a great time. P.S. the first year I hunted with them I didnt kill but had a few close encounters and had a great time in camp you dont have to kill at this place to have a great time!!!
