This was my first experience with an Outfitter. My father, brother and I were on a 4 day rifle hunt. The lodging and food was excellent. Our guide was very knowledgeable and did every thing he could to put us on deer. The area we hunted was a little slow the first 2 days of the hunt. They had been seeing some nice bucks in that area and they were trying to get us on one. The last day of the hunt our guide took us to a different farm. Deer were everywhere. Between my brother and I, we saw over 100 deer that day. Several bucks and a couple of shooters. We were unable to get a shot due to bucks chasing does but we had a great time. It was probably the best day of hunting I have ever had and I've been hunting for 40 years. We were unsuccessful at killing a deer but 4 guys in our group were successful. I would highly recommend Premier Outfitters if you are looking for a Western Kentucky whitetail hunt. They have some excellent deer on their property and they will do every thing they can to ensure you have an excellent time.
