I stayed first week and I had a great time in camp. I think Chris and Lottie run a great bear camp. They work hard to make sure you are on bear and it's a no none sense focus to make it as successful as hunting can be expected. I was fortunate and shot a nice bear on the first night...did have to sit thru a thunderstorm so I did have to stick it out a little but none the less a hunt I'll never forget. The cabin was clean and comfortable...we didn't get the food plan and I regretted that one...Lottie puts on quite a spread each night...we usually went to the lodge each night after the hunts to talk with the other hunters in camp while they ate supper late into the night...that was a lot of fun. ...I ended up getting to know 70-80% of the guys in camp...every last one was a repeat customer and coming back in 2015 again. I could even get first week next yr....I think that says a awful lot about Chris and Lottie along with his friend/guide Brian and of course Guide Freeman aka Freebird...aka Foreman... I went with Mike and Angela Rose along with my wife,Trish. It was the first couples trip....skeptical...lol but had a blast. The girls did some kayaking, fishing ... Caught plenty of fish...Trish even managed a 36" pike a full 6" longer than any pike I ever caught... If you can get it out of her...Lottie knows fishing. Chris allowed me to help retrieve some of the bear and that too was a blast for me... The man knows bear hunting. A special thanks to Guide Freeman assisting me in my first bear.
