Hunter Comments
I recommend this outfitter

This was our 1st trip to Africa and included my non-hunting wife and 25 yo daughter. I wanted an outfitter that could provide not only a memorable hunt for me but meet the needs of my family also. My 11 day hunt from 6/27/14-7/8/14 would need to include sightseeing side trips for them. Cornel and the Limcroma staff was extremely accommodating and they enjoyed an elephant back safaris, hands on with baby lions, tigers and cheetahs and trip to golf resort/animals park. They also arranged for a vendor to display wildlife pillows and handmade African photo albums that we took back with us. We unexpectedly spent the 1st 2 nights at the Bushwa camp that Limcroma leases. It was more open aired, rustic but very nicely appointed. The marinated eland tenderloin may have been the best meat I have ever eaten. There I took my 1st African game a nice blue wildebeest. It was nice to see the style of 2 different camps. We then drove 2 hrs to Limcroma Main camp. Very traditional African with tremendous attention to detail. We had a wonderful room in the main building where there was a beautiful bar, wonderful dining/living room and large braii firepit adjacent. Food was excellent and plentiful with a variety of wildgame prepared in different manners. My wife is not a big wildgame eater but totally enjoyed all the meals. All the staff and PH's were very friendly and helpful and provided lots of great conservation. Reiner was my PH and really enjoyed his company and he did a nice job videoing. Another positive about Limcroma is their direct interaction with Trophy Pro for the proper handling and care of your trophies. I took nice blue wildebeest, warthog, kudu and gemsbok. Finicky winds foiled my taking zebra and impala. Blesbok and red hartebeest were also on my list but I didn't have an opportunity at those . I should have been more flexible in the animals on my lists as I passed on many other beautiful animals.
