My name is Brad Rucks and I’m the Publisher of Deer & Deer Hunting. This was the second year that we hunted with Mark and although we did not tag a deer this year we sure seen enough. We passed up on a couple of bucks one that we should have probably shot; it was a 3 year old that would net over P&Y. We were filming for our TV show and really didn’t have the footage at that time that we wanted so we elected to pass. In any case we saw what we consider shooters every day, with a couple of deer way better than the rest of them. Last night of the hunt we had a bachelor group walk past us at 35 yards, had three bucks in it that would score between 120-145. Unfortunately the beans were up to their necks so we didn’t have a shot. Sometime you win and sometime you lose!
