This was one of our first African adventures and we are not sorry we hunted with Matlabas Lodge. Willem Flippie and Lourane were great host and wonderful people. They were very knowledgeable of the animals and our needs. The food was some of the best we have ever eaten, accomidations were great, trackers and skinners did not less then perfect at skinning out trophies for us. No worries about getting them home or the paper work. Any questions we had were answered either by e-mail in a timely manner or in person when they arose at the lodge. It was warm but for us it didn't bother that much. They provided us with plenty of water and the likes to drink while out hunting.
