my hunt started on october 23rd. i was greeted by mark and jimmy when i arrived in camp.they were excited to have me there. i booked two hunts ina row for 8 days. on my first hunt , i hunted all day and i saw 45 deer and 7 bucks. i knew i was in the right place. the 2nd day of my hunt , again i hunted all day an i saw 36 deer. i love the properties mark the outfitter had leased. it was hot the first 4 days i hunted. it didnt matter , i still saw alot of deer. i didnt see a shooter but i knew they were there.then, cool weather arrived i passed on 2 120 class bucks. i hunted different stands and i saw many deer in every sit. one things i noticed right away was how much attention was given to DETAIL. the stands were in the right spots. that was impressive to me. i hunt different states and this outfitter is my favorite. the food is awesome. the lodging is very comfortable. i didnt kill but i will be back in 2011 and every year after that. i saw many signs and trail cam photos of BIG BUCKS. western kentucky is HOT! this is the best outfitter i have ever hunted with and ive hunted with many of them. mark and the guides go out of there way to get u on deer and make sure everything is right before you get there. i only wish i could hunt there for a month. i probably saw 200 deer in 8 days i hunted. the land is incredible. i guarantee if u book a hunt with mark, u will be back. i cant wait. mark will have 2 to 3 more leases of approximate 2000 acres in 2011. now he will have over 10000 acres. unbelievable place.

well the weather was hot the 1st 4 days of my 8 day hunt, maybe that was a factor in me not killing a shooter buck. but they are there for sure. the new state record typical was arrowed her in november 2010 on premier outfitter property!! what does that say??
