Not today...
Hunted hard. Dan passed up shot after shot on huge bulls in hopes of
a real Booner coming along. He told me that in over 15 years of caribou
hunting, he had never seen so many caribou in one place at one time.
Here's where we slept. The bunk and warm wood fire, along with a hot meal
at the end of the day, sure ironed out a lot of the wrinkles we acquired
while in the beating the bush for big bulls.
Time to get a good nights sleep and hit it hard again tomorrow.
