About this hunt
Dan Evenson has taken 28 of the 29 animals needed to complete his bowhunting slam. Only the Mountain Caribou is left until he completes this incredible achievement. He is hunting near Norman Wells, in Canada's Northwest Territories and has until August 18th when he flies home. This is a spot and stalk hunt across difficult terrain. He has been practicing regularly between 80 to 100 yards, however he is hoping to get a shot much closer!

- Day 1 - Fly In and settling into base camp
- Day 2 - 1st day of hunting, weather, one big bull
- Day 3 - weather getting colder, saw several bulls
- Day 4 - stalked a giant
- Day 5 - found some bulls, moving camp
- Day 6 - Chased a good bull up and down the mountain
- Day 7 part 1 - Dan calls his uncle, Stan Godfrey
- Day 7 part 2 - Dan shoots a great bull and finishes his slam
- Day 8 - Slow day today
- Day 9 - found a good bull, wolves and bears
- Day 10 - final day - will Dan pull off a last minute kill?
