Would like to share my hunt experience (4 day hunt). 1st morning - lots of does and (1) 2-1/2 yo 6ptr. Amish on neighboring property visible at 100 yards squirrel hunting. Moved for evening hunt to different stand, same property - does and spike. 2nd morning - rain, so a field blind. Turkeys, does, spike. New house in field so limited shots. Evening - Original stand - no deer. 3rd morning - original stand - 10 does. Amish at 730 am, house dogs running deer around stand. Evening - field stand. Big doe but got ran off by house dog. Could see top of house from stand. 4th morning - new farm. Does and 2-1/2 and 3-1/2 year old 6ptrs. A few small deer rest of the day. A few notes - we were in North camp. Phyllis is great, as we're the accommodations. This was a Rut/Rifle hunt - all stands, except blinds, were bow stands. 30 yards from corn pile with no blind material. 3 eligible deer were killed in our camp <130. Reportedly there was 27 hunters in South camp - not sure how many deer killed there.
