Ive personally guided for other outfitters for many years, ive learned that big fancy lodges usually are compensating for poor hunting but i was impressed with the turkey competition i competed in this year. The farms that we randomly drew were not the best hunting ive ever had to say the least, but it was luck of the draw, other hunters in camp had incredible farms, and they all had amazing hunts! with that being said i killed the biggest bird of my life and he did it right, i had a great hunt and filled my tags on 2 great birds but they did not come easy! The food was fantastic!! The cooks need a raise and i want to thank them again!
