Lodging is first class. Clean, comfortable and spacious. Full kitchen, big screen TV, washer and dryer, memory foam beds. David monitors his properties constantly using game cameras and in person scouting. Plenty of corn and bean fields. Has standing beans and other food plots. Ground blinds, elevated blinds and ladder stands are in very good condition and well placed. Has safety lines on ladder stands for hunter safety. Highly recommend. Already booked for 2023.

Weather Comments:
1st day hunt was warm (81 degrees) and very windy (30-40 knots). 2nd day was much cooler with light prolonged drizzle. 3rd day was 33 degrees and clear. Deer movement was much improved. Harvested buck was picking his way through a standing bean field and working some scrapes. Tree stand was located perfectly in a pinch point. 23 yard shot.
