This Stallion was the 3rd animal that I harvested and a bonus animal. I had been talking to my wife on Whatsapp and she mentioned that she would like another Zebra rug. Since she said that, how could I pass up an opportunity like that. A big herd of Zebra came in to the water a day or so latter and the Stallion finally gave me a shot. Man are these wary and spooky animals. At the time I shot the Stallion, we had Gemsbock, Impala and Giraffe in and around the water.
To show you the quantity of animals that African Arrow Safari has, along with trophy quality as you can see from my pics, Garry and I sat over water the last morning I was there and saw over 200 animals covering 12 or 13 different species of animals. Unbelievable!
My retirement hunt was the best hunt I have had in 4 trips over to RSA and ALL have been with African Arrow Safaris. All my return trips will be with Harry Nel and African Arrow Safaris!
