My 3rd trip to Mike's Main Camp and this year was successful! A bit stressful this year as I had a 200-yard recovery but it all worked out in the end on a nice traditional 8-pt!
Mike has many stand options, quality buck on the property, and cares that everyone in camp hunting is safe and successful. Out of the 4 guys in our camp, 3 had at least one-shot opportunity at a P&Y Buck. Mike knows his property and the deer on it extremely well with options on types of stands (hang-on, blinds, ladder) along with set-ups (big timber, food plot, field edge, or thickets). It is a fully guided hunt where Mike will work with you to select a stand along with getting you in and out on his equipment (nice side by side).
The weather wasn't perfect with 2.5 days of warm (70 degrees+ with wind or rain) but the other 2.5 days were great! Had a great time in camp which has indoor shower, toilet, dryer, sink, range /oven, microwave, beds, DirectTV...etc. Looking forward to going back for a 150" opportunity.

2 days in the 60s to 70s with 10 to 20 mph wind in mid-November along with a half day of rain slowed down the movement. I cannot complain - shot my buck at 8am on the warmest and windiest day!
