Greg Samms runs an excellent outfit, and I couldn't have been more pleased with my guide Daniel Robinson. He is an avid bowhunter himself which in my opinion makes a significant difference in the quality of the guide/hunter experience. I would (and have) recommended Grand Lake Adventures to anyone looking to book a Newfoundland moose hunt.

We did not have any significant weather issues. One morning we started hunting a little late because of waiting for the rain/fog to clear but that also turned out to be the morning that I shot my moose.
