Hunter Comments
I recommend this outfitter

3 friends and I plus a camera man just came back from the BEST hunting experience that I have ever been a part of. We hunted with African Arrow Safaris just out of Elisros, South Africa. There is not one single thing that i can say bad about the entire trip. We bow hunted plains game at water holes most of the trip with a few spot and stalk type hunts mixed in. The quality of the animals on his 100+ thousand huntable acres is unmatched. Every hunter in camp harvested Gold Class animals and saw several younger animals while in blind that could potentially make headlines. We were told by several outfitters that if one hunter in the group was able to arrow a 50" Kudu we would be lucky. At AAF Harry and his well trained guides will not even let you draw on a sub 50"er. 3 of us were able to get one each, ranging from 53-56"!

The food and atmosphere is in a class of its own. From the field to table cuisine, to the fully stocked bar with the coldest Black Label beer you can find. We had the opportunity to eat some of every animal that we took. Gemsbok chicken fried steaks, waterbuck and kudu stir fry, and one of the best Tenderloins I have personally ever eaten from a sable.

The guides for this group were Garry with Conner, Johan with Justin P, Harry (the owner) with Justin S, and W.J. with myself. They take pride in their jobs and will not let you down. They are expert trackers and one of the only if not THE only guides that do not hire in trackers to find game. Each one of them can follow a track like a beagle. Wonderful experience just to witness them doing what they love. They will make sure that your blind experience is one of a kind with drinks and laughs to go along. Not a dull moment in blind or camp at all!

The rooms were perfect as well. You will pack way more than you wear without a doubt. Every day at lunch we would return and the previous days clothes would be folded on our beds or hung in the closets. Personal toilets and showers in each room with Air Conditioners that would make you get under the extra blanket.

If I could give this experience a better than Excellent I would. I wish I could post more photos. We will 100% be back in the near future but it wont be soon enough.
