Black Bear has always been a bucket list hunt for me. However, I could never find the time or the right outfitter that I felt comfortable booking with. After doing a lot of research, I knew when time allowed Eagle Eye was the place I wanted to go. From the time I arrived and met Kyle I knew I had made the right choice. I had always heard that the toughest part of bear hunting is judging them. Kyle does a great job explaining how to judge them in camp and his bait sites have multiple methods to help judge them as well. Camp is a cozy wall tent set up with 2 guys in a tent, a great shower, and the food was outstanding. I was fortunate enough to harvest 2 pope and young bears. We killed a total of 8 bear out of 6 hunters, 7 which were P & Y and one hunter due to their schedule could only hunt 3 days. Every night was action packed with bears and other wildlife. The passion from Kyle and his staff shows as they work their butts off to put you on great bear.

Weather was great a little breezy first few days but, didn't impact hunt. Highs in mid 60s Lows in the 40s.
