I do not recommend this outfitter
this guide represented that he had rights to a landlease for quail hunting. He in fact had no rights at all. He required payment of the sublease amount up front and when he could not deliver the property he never returned our money. We have repeatedly requested the money back and he acted like he would return the funds but never did. DO NOT USE THIS GUIDE.
