Cannot say enough good things about this outfitter. Weather was abnormally hot and dry but did not negatively effect the hunt. Saw moose, caribou, and black bear everyday. My guide was amazing, had a lifetime of experience hunting and guiding the area and really knew what he was doing.

I got a moose on the third day, I could have held out for a bigger one but I was happy with just getting a decent bull with my bow. The outfitter did a great job of flying my moose out quickly to get frozen, and meat/hide were not damaged despite the high heat and remote location.

Food was great and the cook made sure to ask what we wanted to eat for every meal. It was very obvious that everyone in camp wanted to do their best for us to have a great time, and they sure did. I feel like there were a lot of extra experiences we got with this outfitter that you could not get with the another Newfoundland outfitter. They really knew the land and were passionate about it, not just trying to get their clients to kill a moose and get the job done like some outfitters.
