The very first evening I arrived in camp the owner informs me there is a mandatory 20% tip. This was posted anywhere on his website nor was it discussed prior to and during booking. The owner basically waited for me to travel 6hrs. there and then informed me there was a mandatory 20% tip. I planned my vacation for this week and it was way too late to turn around to go back home. The owner, Joe Christianson, basically tricked had me with little to no options. Joe did offer a discount prior to me booking as he had a cancellation. It appears he was trying to get his discount back due to the discount he gave me. Not good business at all. I will never go back there and am informing everyone one of the way I was taken advantage of.
