I was filming for my brother-in-law who hunts on Drury Outdoors Dream Season in September of 2015. We did not get a crack at a mature buck on this trip; however, it was simply due to some unfortunate circumstances. We had above average temperatures for that time of year in the mid 90s and could not seem to catch one of the big mature bucks that we had on the game cameras in the daylight hours. That is simply fair chase hunting. Nonetheless, Premier has the deer and has big mature deer at that. There were a couple really big bucks seen and opportunities for shots for other hunters that week as well. I was very impressed with the access to stands, stand setups and low pressure on these farms. The guides were very personable and worked their tails off prior to us getting to camp and while we were there to give everyone the best opportunity possible on a mature whitetail. The meals were great along with the lodging as well. Mark Clifford runs a first class operation and would recommend this outfitter to anyone looking for an opportunity to harvest a big mature buck with bow or gun. Looking forward to getting back up there because I will be back Lord willing.
Ben, It was a pleasure having you and the Dream season guys in camp we had a lot of fun. The door is always open for yall to come back. There are several big mature bucks with you guys name on them, ya know what I am talking about that need the score settled. I wish I could have had Steve Frantz back that season when he wanted to come back but we were full. Thanks for the kind words about my guides, my lodge and myself we do work our butts off for our hunters.
