The Monday before we left to hunt in Ohio I received a call from Andy Parks with Trophy Hunt Club Ohio advising that he had lost his rights to his cabin and we would be responsible for all lodging. I agreed to still come down as it has been my dream to hunt Ohio. Then on the Wednesday prior Andy Called offering my father to come if he helped pay for his hotel bill, thinking he was trying to amend and have it so I could experience this with my father and not make the trip on my own. A little about myself and my father. I am a disabled vet with limited mobility, I advised Andy before I made the trip that I had walking and balance problems. In October of 2014 I was diagnosed with MS and since then it has been an uphill fight. Andy assured me that he would have me set up so I would not have to walk further than a couple hundred yards, My father is also a disabled vet who was injured in 1990 and has a Shunt that relieves the spinal pressure on his brain. He also has limited mobility again Andy assured me that he would take care of us and if need be he would take us to our spots in his truck or ATV. We arrived on friday 1/8/2016 and met Andy at his hotel, he was a really nice. He would show us the farm but said it was not huntable at this time as Ohio had received a lot of rain and would have to wait till the weather cooled down for the ground to harden some, I understood this as he wanted to be respectful of the land owner. He then took us to two pieces of property on the side of the Mountains. Where he had me set up seemed like a nice place and a lot of good sign, down side was he did not hold his promise on the walk in. It was the better part of a half mile up the side of the mountain, this was very difficult on me but I was determined to push on, where he had my father was across the street on the side of a creek bottom with a mobile home with in sight.He told me and my father he had the rights to hunt both these properties and where i was hunting he had 12 acres and where my father was at he had 10 acres, mind you Andy said he had Hundreds if not thousands of acres to hunt. that was the first flag but we pushed onward. Opening morning I called Andy who did not answer my call so My father and i set off on out own, Andy would then TXT me at about 0900 and advise me he was in Kentucky looking at other land for next year to hunt. This all did not set right with my father, the entire situation he seemed to see through it all. so we downloaded the property maps on our GPS and found out that my father was on a 1.3 acre piece of property and he was set up on someones land that Andy did not have permission to hunt. As for me I was on a 6 acre piece and was set up on the property line. My father did what any father would do and went to the police to report this all, when we asked Andy for a refund mind you that we hunted only one morning, he went off on us saying that we shot a deer and that is why we were leaving. and that the hunt was for the guide service not the land lease. Well that is all fine and dandy but what guide service was rendered, he did not guide us. We would later find out the land my dad was set up on was the local police chiefs property and they are now looking into Andy's entire operation. Andy has threatened to take me to court for slander and defamation of character, he also said that he never wanted to see the two of us ever again and hinted that he would become physical if he did. But i believe it is my right to tell my story to make it so other people do not make the same mistake i have and NEVER use Trophy Hunt Club of Ohio and Andy Parks for your guide. I filed a police report for this scam, the local police tried to reach Andy but he was never at his hotel when they went there and never answered his phone. Thankfully i paid for this hunt using Pay Pal and am in the middle of trying dispute these charges. So in closing i know it is a lot, this is all truthful and i know Any will attempt to rebuttal this and decline all this I don't care, learn from my mistake NEVER USE Andy Parks with Trophy Hunt Club Ohio, he will talk a big impressive talk but they will be all lies.

DENNIS MILLER THIS IS NOT THE FACTS I TALKED TO PIKETON POLICE DEPARTMENT SEVERAL TIMES OVER THIS MATTER THE FIRST TIME THEY SPOKE TO ME WAS BRINGING MY SD CARDS BACK YOU TOOK OUT OF MY CAMERAS THAT WERE CLEARED! WHERE AS YOUR FATHER WAS SITTING IN GROUND BLIND WHERE HE / YOU FIRED YOUR WEAPONS ? NOTE: THEY CLEARED SD CARDS AT THAT STAND LOCATION AND LAND OWNER OF THAT PROPERTY AT WHERE YOU CLAIM I DONT HAVE PERMISSION WHICH IS OWNED BY JOHN CERTAIN! I HOLD WRITTEN PERMISSION IN MY FILE. THE ABUTTING PROPERTY OWNER NOTIFIED ME OF SHOTS FIRED AND TRUCK SPEEDING THROUGH FIELD WHICH HE HAD ON FILM YOUR FATHERS FORD F-250 POLICE HAVE FILM! HE CALLED ME ON MY WAY BACK FROM KENTUCKY AFTER I HAD SPOKEN WITH DENNIS AND HIS FATHER WHO NOT A CLIENT! DEMANDING OF A REFUND I WAS IN KENTUCKY ON HIS FIRST DAY OF HUNT HE PAID FOR A SEMI GUIDED HUNT NO FOOD NO LODGING AND NO TRANSPORTATION PERIOD! NOTE: DEAD DEER FOUND ON PROPERTY WHERE SHOTS WERE FIRED WITH NOTHING MORE THAN ANTLERS REMOVED ! THIS IS STILL UNDER INVESTIGATION! I WILL NO GO BACK AND FORTH ON PUBLIC MEDIA ESPECIALLY UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANCES JUST WANTED TO FORWARD THE TRUTH!
