this was a rough year as the first day was a torrential down pour.as was the third day including high winds and lightening. but the third day i started seeing bears just not the one with my name on it at one time, the forth day there were three bears at the bait at the same time,it was exciting, day 5 the same female i had seen all week came in ate left and did the same four or five times like it would eat popcorn and then go eat berries for dessert and then once more. then in the evening my bear came in and ran the little bear off ate all the bait and left without giving me a decent shot, the last day of the hunt the weather was warm and at 6:08pm the bigger bear came back and finally it presented a shot as it had been continually fighting the squirrels i drew my bow and released at the same time the bear swatted at a squirrel and my arrow missed the spot. my bear was gone and my hunt was over , but it was still a wonderful hunt chris knows bears it was a very hard but if you had the stamina to just hang in there and list to the guid the shot will present it self. some had to hunt in the morning to be sucessful, i am not a morning person . so i chose to spend my time in the afternoon, listen to the guide.,sit still and be patient.the opertunity will present itself as there are a lot of bears in chris's area and he really knows what to do to give you the most memoriable hunt you will ever have. many thanks to chris,saxon,brady and lottie for the very very best of times i will be back
