We arrived around 12pm on October 17, 2014 , check in was actually at 3:30pm but they allowed us to go ahead and get settled in. The weather was great. We hunted he first evening . The owner Rex was my guide and a really great person to be around. Very much a family man. Being a women he made sure I was settled in my stands and that I was very comfortable. He always told me, "you do know I would not put you in any stand I would not set myself or felt was not suitable for you". My boyfriend and I both felt at home and we had the very best time every. Home cooked food that would melt in your mouth! The hogs were moving more at night so we did not harvest a hog but we do plan on going back to maybe deer and quail hunt! Ginger was very nice and helped me a lot when I called to asked questions before our arrival. I saw a REALLY nice buck while hog hunting and several good size does. The turkeys are plentiful there as well. Look forward to heading back that way soon! They will be at the Dixie Deer Classic in NC this February and we plan on paying them a visit while at the show. See ya soon!
None to date. If you are the outfitter please email us.
Weather was really great. Cool mornings and not too warm in the evenings
