First off, don't drive a truck there that you like! the road going into camp is worse than the Baja 1000. We got into camp and as all of us hunters are standing outside the dining tent, Larry post a "Proper Tipping Guide" on the News board. I thought that was tacky! My 65 yr old father, who was/is in really good shape, had some problems climbing on the mule, the guides response, "if ya can't get on, ya can't hunt!" Real Professional! After about a 2 plus hour ride the first morning, I had, within 500 yards or so, 16 other hunters passing by or sitting in the first 3 hours. Day after day we rode the mules, they would automatically stop at certain areas (you could see where they were tied up mamy times before). Then we would take a short walk and left sitting for most of the day. Instead of glassing, finding and stalking elk, we were just placed in hopes of seeing elk. The morning that we left, our guide didn't even get out of bed to see us off. Of the 4 of us in our group, one guy got a rag horn bull and a very small Muley.
