Hunter Comments

My brother actually won this hunt as a give away raffle at a Wild Game Dinner that Mike and a few others from his church put on every year. But since my brother doesn't bow hunt Mike allowed me to take his place. So a special thanks goes out to both of you for giving me the opportunity to start with. During my hunt the deer population was excellent, hardly a motionless moment during my time in the tree. Even though I had hoped to cash in on my largest buck ever, on day 2 of the hunt I just couldn't pass up the 20in wide 8pt that came in. Its easy to say this was by best hunting experience to date considering the decoy that Mike setup was just something that couldn't be resisted in the foodplot with full rut taking place. All that was missing was a cameraman! Mike, I can't thankyou enough for your hospitality and wonderful experience. -Trevor
