This was the first hunt that I had ever been on. It turned out to be very successful for me not only by harvesting a good buck but also by having a good experience with some good people. Both Mike and his wife,Elena, worked very hard to make this experience a memorable one. This was very much appreciated.
Chad was a pleasure to have in camp. He pays attention to detail and takes his bow hunting serious. We here at the Wide Rack were proud to guide him to his 1st P&Y 14 point buck. His largest buck of his archery journey. We look forward to Chad's return for many seasons to come. I did discuss the 0 he gave us on the final area and he told me he had made a mistake and would not have rated it a 0 had he realized just what it was about. Thanks, Chad. The warm weather seemed to affect the early start of the pre-rut for the first three days but it started to kick in the last three days of the hunt.
