While this commentary is way past due, I would like to say that this hunt was an excellent hunt. I am an avid bowhunter. This is my second time with this outfitter in two years and while my first hunt proved unsuccessful in regards to a kill, this time I shot a nice caribou. I also did manage to shoot a trophy (monster) moose, but by the third arrow, in very low visibility conditions, the animal managed to escape. My guide, Paul, Ray's son, was a great guide. He took me to all the good spots and was very accommodating in regards to taking me to some excellent spots. Ray and his family, including the cook staff were very friendly and courteous. The meals were very good as well and included a bag lunch to take on the hunt with us. I would highly reccommend this lodge and outfitter to any hunter. In fact I am thinking of returning again this year.
