This was an awesomw hunt for many reasons. Dave and his wife lisa were extremely nice and always looking out for our needs. Also, I feel like the preperation taken by dave in the field scouting are second to none. Now that does not mean the hunt is a shoe in for success. Depending on weather, deer movement, harvest of crops, etc... this can be a long week. But you will have just as much chance here to have your dream hunt as any where else, as I did. Overall cost and kindness of david's family alone is reason to give blue river whitetails a chance. But please look at the nice buck I harvested with a bow at 22 yards... What a hunt!!!!!!

The hot weather had the mature bucks on there feet only at night. Luckily with much preperation and scouting we were able to still get in the big bucks area and wait for there mistake!
