This was my first mule deer hunt. The stalking was fun and exciting. We saw great animals every day. If only the animal would stay put until I got there.

Blake arrived in camp 100% ready to to hunt. Bow and arrows tuned to perfection and many hours at the gym getting is shape. Spot and stalk trophy Mule Deer is one of the most demanding type of hunt there is. Blake made 4 flawless stalks only to be foiled by wind, sun and just bad timing. I am sure he will get it done on his next try. I wish all my hunters had his attitude.
