Hurrican Ivan moved in just as this hunt was to begin, and I lost three hunting days (unable to fly to camp). Despite this, I still had a great opportunity at a beautiful bull.
The camp, and equipment, was excellent, and the hunting area was vast, and beautiful. While being in good physical shape is not 100% necessary, it will greatly increase the chance of success.
Caribou numbers were fairly low, but moose were everywhere. This was a very well run operation.

I remember guiding Steve, we put on alot of miles in search of caribou. We were able to get some stalking in on Bou. But as mention by Steve in the review we had lost alot of hunting time due to the storm. Thanks Dean Moose Valley Outfitters
