Looks great with some awesome funnel areas between the old oxbows and between the river and the field. Good luck.

Thanks, yeah those green areas are ponds actually in the river bottoms. The best stand location is between the two of them, which creates a natural funnel, we call the land bridge. Any deer moving through the bottms has to come by within 20-30 yards, due to the ponds and river.

Thanks Pat. It's only 40 acres and butts up next to public land along the Eastern border. It's about 1 mile from the parking spot and we are also looking into leasing the property to the West on the other side of the river, which is another 40-60 acres. The nice thing is, not much further to the West is a town and there's no hunting. It's just two of us leasing it, Klaus from Classic Antlers, as his house is just a block or two away. Also, there's only 2 guys that have permission to hunt the property North of us and they don't gun hunt. It shold only get better now that we've posted it and the locals know it's not part of the public, because the land owner never posted it and doesn't live nearby.
