Food Plot 7 - Merit Seed Winter Peas, Winter Rye/Wheat, and Merit Crimson Clover

Growth Results
This is always a great producing plot and 2023 was no different. This year I replaced oats, which die after a frost, with winter wheat and rye. Everything came up great during the season, but surprisingly the crimson clover came up again this spring, along with the awnless winter wheat as of late May 2024.
Activity Results
This plot drew a lot of deer, but not a shooter buck so I hunted it sparingly. I saw tons of activity inclugind buck fights, breeding, and lots of chasing.
Comments
This blend I created has been nicknamed the Big-O by Bowsite's very own T-Roy. It consists of peas, crimson clover, winter rye and winter wheat. It's a fantastic custom blend, just understand that the peas will be wiped out early - usually in October.
