All hunters are required to sign a release before hunting.

In consideration of room, board, guide service, land accommodations and other good and valuable consideration, and as acknowledged by my signature below, I hereby release SPEARHEAD RANCH CO, FRANK N. MOORE, his heirs, assigns, staff and employees from any and all injuries, property damage and any other causes of action, directly or incidental, while going to, from or while on the lands of SPEARHEAD RANCH.� I fully appreciate the inherent risks and dangers of hunting wild game and fully and exclusively assume same.� I further assume full responsibility for any and all property damage, including but not limited to injury or destruction of livestock proximately caused by my action, inaction or negligence.� No warranties, expressed nor implied, have been tendered to me by FRANK N. MOORE.� In the event legal action becomes necessary to collect compensation or to obtain other legal relief as a proximate result of my tortious conduct or negligence, I agree to pay and assume full responsibility for all attorney fees and court costs expended by SPEARHEAD RANCH CO and FRANK N. MOORE to collect same.� I have read this General Release and assume all responsibilities expressed herein.
