Looks like just about done growing by the looks of tine tips. Really nice deer but not a 200" deer. When the velvet comes off they look a lot different though. I'd probably give him another year...ok maybe not.

I may be wrong, but I do not think that buck will score anywhere near 200". He has long beams, decent circumference, 20" width, and quite a few points. His ears are flared back and he is in velvet which make him much bigger than he really is. I have seen a hunted a few 200"s and it takes a ton of antler to get there. None of his points are very long. I think he will go 170"s.

I just see one pic but it appears that in present " green" state the first number would indeed begin with a "2"..... mass wins the day.

That's a gagger buck with a huge frame and good mass. Comparing ears to tine lengths, it looks like the 2's and 3's are plenty long. Appears to be a 12-point typical frame that is still growing a little at the time of the pic. Even his g5's will probably end up at 4" or so. Then throw in those 4 non-typical points, it adds up. You asked for a WAG, I'll take a stab that he'll finish at 197 non-typical.

going away is the worst aspect judge be it deer, elk, or sheep and in velvet to boot. With that said, I am think high 180s.
