Waited many years and researched a number of outfitters before I chose Trip 3 as the place to burn 10 years worth of PP's. Craig Smith, the previous owner, had sadly and unexpectedly passed away the year before my hunt was scheduled. I was VERY concerned about moving forward with the hunt and seriously considered pulling the plug and hunting elsewhere, rather than taking a chance on brand new management, on a hunt that I had waited so long for. I'm happy I made the correct decision and hunted with the new owner, Phil Rutt. He has maintained and will no doubt add to and improve the legacy and reputation established by Craig. I've hunted in many places, with some great outfitters. Phil is running a world class business at Triple 3.
