This was my 3rd time in 3 seasons coming to hunt with Rod at SEKO. I just love it there in Kansas. Rod does everything he can to get you on a buck. If you listen to him, you will eventually have success. You will hunt crp, bean fields, (edges), natural woodland funnels and thick woods. He has nice safe stands for numerous wind directions. He doesn't tie the 170" booner to the tree for you. It's hunting and not high fence. So that being said, I saw great buck's each year I was there and was due to Rod putting me in the right spots. There are only 4-5 hunters that are "in camp" so it keeps him busy- but to bad so that he has time for everyone. Accommodations at the hotel are just fine and it's - 10-15 min ride to hunting area from the hotel. Not very many places to eat but the few local places are really good. Overall- I came back for a total of 3 years until I killed my biggest deer ever. I want to come back every year! Price is super reasonable if you ask me. And Rod is a great guy.
