Hunter Comments
I do not recommend this outfitter

Master Rack Lodge is in business to market and sell high volume/mass hunts. There is no personal attention or creativity regarding their hunt plans. Simply a mass produced hunting outfitter machine. During our 3 day hunt, there were 21 hunters in camp there were no legal bucks seen or killed (Master Rack requires legal bucks to have 4 pts on one side). Hunters were rotated in and out of stands with no explanation is to why they were put there or evidence there were any bucks within a 5 mile radius. All daily hunt plans were held close to the vest and secretive by the guides. Hunters had no idea or intelligence regarding the stands they were placed in the dark in the morning or later in the afternoon and was simply told to sit there. During 3 full days of hunting, I saw one spike and 3 doe. Again, out of 21 hunters, no one killed a racked buck. The only bucks killed were killed by accident and outside of Master Rack's policy...a button buck, spike, and 5 pt (shot by a youth) which resulted in $250 and $500 fines to the hunters. They brag about the food and hospitality none of which was the purpose of me and my son's hunt. We wanted to see and have an opportunity to shoot a modest racked buck. DO NOT GO THERE!
