Yea this place is a rip off. Saw Timber crews in woods. Sat on stand from 4:30-5am until 7-7:30 every night. Never had same ride to a stand all 7 days. I'd call them a guide but... I asked to move to another place and was moved to an abandoned golf course with asphalt cart paths and everything! Second day had people driving right underneath the stand I was in. I hunted 7 days averaged 1-2 deer per day. Biggest buck I saw was maybe 100". Stands were lock ons and ladder stands. I'm from PA and use to the cold. Didn't have room in stand for packs or extra gear so had to wear in and wear out what was needed to stay warm or leave pack below the tree. Stands were all small and didn't have anything extra to them if you know what I mean. Never seen any fancy lodge or home cooked food. It was all take out and pizza's. Stayed at a Motel provided by the guide. Don't know if KY has been affected by EHD but I've never hunted so long on a stand and seen so few deer in my life. I even got down and walked around 1 day and I noticed something right off. Around the stands I hunted there was plenty of sign (scrapes and rubs) but 50 yards in any direction there wasn't a mark on anything. No rub lines or scrape lines. I walked an entire Valley 1 day and never even found a deer track. Bad experience I won't be back.
