I recommend this outfitter
The guys at Big Chino went above and beyond to make sure that my hunt was successful...Having extremely limited experience with spot-and-stalk they put me on a muley the first day and I got to 92 yards before I was busted by a doe...The next day I tagged a nice 4x3 (but three of the tips were busted off -- not a problem) and a great javelina.
I would highly encourage ANYONE interested in a great "over-the-counter" hunt to go with these guys!
