Ron was faced with the challenges of a 300 year flood. The flood caused him to lose many of his bait sites, he worked very hard to make sure everyone had opportunities for a bear. I misjudged a bear and shot a nice one just not as big as I had hoped. A P & Y black bear is at the top of my bucket list and I know of no better place to shoot a P & Y bear than Bear Track Outfitters.
We first met Dean in Green Bay at a sport show, years ago. Right away, he said he was going to hunt with us one day. We finally got him up to camp and though he did not shoot the bear of his dreams, shot a respectable bear none the less. The flood definatly had an impact on us this year and keeping the guests on bears daily proved to be a challenge. Everyone saw bears and some were huge and Dean knows they are there for his next hunt in 2 years. Thanks Dean for your gift of the trail cams and will put them to use in the future.
