I would recommend this outfitter. Lodging and food great, plenty of food, shower availibilty, heat, good beds, etc. They use both ladder and hang on stands. Mark rotates you around, no one in our hunt was "stuck" in one spot for the whole hunt. Some guys during our hunt saw many deer, one or two saw close to zip. You leave the lodge at 5 a.m., hunt till dark, they would pick you up mid day if you needed to. If you have ever hunted Kansas or Missouri, the different farms will look simular to that. The guides? he has are very helpful, Brett and Eric, and who could forget "Damn Jimmy"? The cook is a beauty, so maybe I did'nt taste food! A concern / challenge I did have in one of the stands was shooting lanes: I would have liked to have been able to shoot left/right if the opportunity presented itself. They were reluctant to open it up somewhat. I also understand the need for cover, but you have to able to shoot as well. Be prepared to truley "thread the needle", it was tough. This was only on one of four stands I was in. Comradere was great for a bunch of strangers meeting for the first time. Our group unamimously voted that Mark (outfitter) should go hunting with us during the day. Be prepared for all weather conditions. If you have any questions please email me at [email protected]
None to date. If you are the outfitter please email us.
Chasing phase delayed the whole week we were there.
